She has more than 20 years of audit experience and has assisted organizations with internal controls, regulatory compliance and operational improvement. She has led financial, operational and IT audits across multiple industries including technology, logistics, healthcare, retail and manufacturing. Melissa also has a strong background in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) design and effectiveness testing. She has assisted clients in development and implementation of internal control frameworks, conducted fraud investigations and led System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1, 2, and 3 assessments.
Melissa is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
